Now nearly 9 months since I have been able to see my sister ,who is in a care home suffering with vascular dementia, the government need to act quickly on this matter as so many of our loved ones are deteriorating, the change I see with the odd Skype is just heartbreaking,breaks my heart .There are so many feeling exactly like me .please act quickly before for a lot of us will be to late.regards.
