My reality is the feeling of futility. We are giving those in our care a safe and secure environment full of love and hope which is what we have always done. But the lack of contact with the outside world is definitely taking its toll now. Residents mental health is being damaged beyond repair, they do not have time to get over this. And I am not sure any of us really will. It needs to stop, give them a chance to live out the time they have left with face to face visits & hugs from family
