I love and miss you so much!! Since lockdown it’s has been devastating the drastic change in grandma she deteriorated so quickly without her family around she had a fall and ended up in hospital came out of hospital back to care home and was isolated in her room for 14 days even though she had a test and was negative but we couldn’t visit! On her last day of isolation she Sadly passed away this whole situation has been heartbreaking! Please let families see their loved ones before it’s too Late!
