Care companies should be made accountable for some of the money saving deeds they are undertaking during lockdowns. Our cleaners hours have been reduced, our carers hours have been reduced and homes are running on a shoestring while nobody is able to visit and see the bad practices happening. Residents isolated in rooms for days/weeks, not enough care staff to give adequate care and very little stimulation due to the isolation.
