J was visited daily by his daughters in his care home until lock down in March. They were allowed physical contact with him twice after that . On being informed a member of staff had been accused of hitting J they were allowed in to see him and witness his bruises. The second time they were allowed to see him was the day he died. They feel they failed him and cannot grieve properly. So much precious time missed.
