Lt. Cdr. Allan Phillips (SCC) RNR MBE Rtd
"Allan was a very special person who gave such a tremendous amount of his time for the youth of today, especially while being attached to a local Sea Cadet Unit.
He had so much patience and was very knowledgeable in what he taught.
He was loved by all.
He was awarded the MBE in 2011 for all his voluntary work.
I miss him every day.
