"In loving memory of my mum, Dora Medlow who looked after my dad Richard with Alzheimer’s for as long as she was physically able. A very cruel disease which sadly separated them once dad’s progressed. Mum left a gift in her will to Alzheimer’s and sadly died of breast cancer, dad still living in a care home with Alzheimer’s. Lots of love to a very kind and lovely lady from Julie, John, Jacob and Joshua xx"
